Our History
Community Philanthropic Solutions is located in Austin, Travis County, Texas. Staffed by individuals with decades of experience working with non-profits, corporations, foundations, and philanthropic individuals, the organization was founded in 2022 to serve as a resource to the community by delivering needed services, training, and community engagement opportunities.

Our Founder
Allison Canales, MLA
A seasoned fundraising generalist with 20+ years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, Allison has played a vital role in securing more than $25M that has benefitted tens of thousands of Central Texans and many others around the state, nation, and world. Having worked extensively with non-profits, corporations, foundations, individuals, and government agencies, Allison's expertise includes, but is not limited to:

Originally from Houston, Texas, Allison moved to Austin, Texas, to attend St. Edward’s University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a teaching certificate, and a Master of Liberal Arts. Allison is happily married and loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys fishing, playing basketball, swimming, and other outdoor sports. Her favorite hobby is collecting sports cards.
